By creating a workspace or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Access to features and limits is determined by your active subscription plan. Plan changes take effect once reviewed and applied.

Messaging charges levied by messaging providers, including Meta for WhatsApp conversations, are billed separately and are not part of the subscription fee.

You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, unlawful content, or content that violates the policies of the messaging channels you connect.

You are responsible for obtaining the consent required to message your customers and for honouring opt-out requests.

You retain ownership of the data you store. We process it to provide the service in line with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you upload or import.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but the platform is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment or for breach of these terms, including abusive messaging behaviour.
