Account information you provide when creating a workspace, such as name, work email and company details.

Customer data you choose to store in the platform, including contacts, conversations, notes, deals and campaign records.

Technical data such as log entries, device information and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide the service: delivering messages, storing conversation history, running automations and producing reporting.

To secure the service: detecting abuse, validating webhooks, enforcing access control and maintaining audit trails.

To support you: responding to requests, troubleshooting issues and communicating service changes.

You remain the owner of the customer data you store. Each workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one customer's data is never accessible to another.

Channel credentials such as access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the browser.

Messages you send and receive are processed by the messaging provider you connect, including the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta, under their terms.

We use infrastructure and AI providers strictly to deliver product functionality you enable, and we do not sell personal data.

Data is retained while your workspace is active. You may delete contacts, conversations and other records at any time from within the product.

On workspace closure, data is removed according to our deletion schedule, except where retention is legally required.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
